Install the WebAPI client and reader driver on the computer connected to the scanner.

  1. Connect the reader to a USB port.
  2. Install the tested WebAPI client and HU20AP driver. Windows may request administrator permission.
  3. If the local service cannot be reached, check that it is running, allow browser local-network access when prompted, and have your administrator repair its HTTPS certificate. Do not disable browser security.
  4. Return here and choose Test capture. The test does not save your fingerprint.
